Reusable Content stores shared HTML blocks, Custom JS snippets, and Custom CSS snippets in a central library and inserts them into any form across your tenant. Forms reference the content live — edit the source once and every form that uses it updates automatically.
Key capabilities

- Live, not copied — forms store a reference and fetch the current content on every load.
- Central & local libraries — share tenant-wide from
ModernDFFS_Central, or per-site with a local library. - Promote in place — turn a local element or a plain HTML section into a library item, with title, description, and category.
- Dependencies — declare the JS/CSS files content needs; each is injected once per page. Files must live in your own
DFFS_Assetslibrary — external CDNs are not allowed, keeping everything first-party and CSP-friendly. - Clear stale-reference handling — if a referenced local item is missing, the builder shows a warning card with a one-click “Create local list” fix.
Worked example
Create a Compliance footer item in the central library with your legal text. Add it to any form via + Add reusable content. Later, edit the footer once in the central list — every form across the tenant shows the new text on next open.
